We're more than just a betting platform. We're a gaming partner that understands the needs, habits, and expectations of Indonesian players — from Sabang to Merauke.
Dubai138 launched in 2018 with one simple belief: that Indonesian players deserve an online betting experience on par with international standards — safe, fair, fast, and enjoyable.
For over seven years, we have continued to build, learn, and grow alongside an ever-expanding player community. Every feature we deliver is born from real user feedback; every policy we implement is designed with members' best interests as the top priority.
Today, dubai138 has become one of the most trusted online betting platforms in Indonesia — not because we say so, but because millions of players choose to come back every day.
Licensed & Regulated: Dubai138 operates under an official license issued by a recognized international gambling authority. All platform operations adhere to strict regulatory standards to ensure fairness, security, and data protection for every member.
To provide a safe, fair, and transparent online betting platform where every Indonesian player can enjoy high-quality digital entertainment with full confidence and peace of mind.
To become the most trusted, most innovative, and most player-welfare-focused online betting platform in Southeast Asia.
Every advantage we claim is not merely a promise — it is a standard we uphold every single day.
All member data and funds are protected with TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption — the same standard used by global banking institutions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all accounts as an extra security layer you can activate at any time.
Eligible winnings are processed within 5–15 minutes to your bank account or preferred digital wallet — DANA, OVO, GoPay, LinkAja, or direct transfer to BCA, BNI, BRI, and Mandiri. No fabricated delays on withdrawals.
From Liga 1 Indonesia and the Premier League to La Liga and the World Cup — dubai138 offers thousands of betting markets updated in real time. Competitive odds and a wide range of bet types give you full freedom to build your own strategy.
More than 200 Live Casino tables available around the clock — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and interactive Game Shows. HD streaming optimized for Indonesian networks ensures you never miss a round, even on an unstable connection.
The dubai138 app is free for Android and iOS — lightweight at just 28 MB, loads in under one second, and comes with biometric login, customizable push notifications, and a data-saving mode built for users on the go.
The experienced dubai138 support team is ready to assist at any time — via in-app live chat, WhatsApp, or email. Average response time is under 3 minutes for live chat, with a first-contact resolution rate above 95%.

There are plenty of online betting platforms out there. So what makes dubai138 different? That's not a question we shy away from — it's the question that drives us to keep improving every single day.
The most honest answer we can give is this: dubai138 is a platform that never forgets there's a real person behind every login — with hopes, frustrations, and trust they've placed in us. We don't take that trust lightly.
At dubai138, we believe transparency is the foundation of trust. That's why all our promotional terms and conditions are written in plain, easy-to-understand language — no fine print hiding surprise clauses. Every policy change is communicated to members via official notification well before it takes effect.
Our odds system uses a fair, non-discriminatory pricing mechanism — every member receives the same odds with no exceptions based on betting history or transaction volume. This is a principle we have held firmly since the platform first launched.
Member data privacy and security is a responsibility we take extremely seriously. All personal information you provide when registering at dubai138 — name, ID number, account details — is stored with AES-256 encryption and is never sold, lent, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Our internal cybersecurity team operates 24 hours a day, actively monitoring for suspicious activity. Independent security audits are conducted every quarter by a third-party security firm with no business ties to dubai138 — ensuring fully objective results. More details on how we manage your data are available at Privacy Policy us.
One aspect of dubai138's seven-year journey that we are most proud of is the community we've built — players who are not only loyal, but who play in a way that is enjoyable, responsible, and balanced with life beyond the screen.
Dubai138 actively provides tools to support responsible gaming: daily and weekly betting limits that members can set themselves, a self-exclusion feature that can be activated at any time, and direct access to counseling resources when needed. This isn't just a regulatory obligation — it reflects our belief that a healthy business must build a healthy ecosystem. Visit the Responsible Gaming for full details.
Dubai138 never stands still. In 2026 and beyond, we continue developing the platform with the latest technology — from faster bet processing speeds and an expanded range of sports markets to an increasingly immersive Live Casino experience powered by next-generation streaming technology.
What has never changed is our commitment to the Indonesian player community. Every major decision we make always comes back to the same question: "Is this good for our members?" As long as the answer is yes, we will keep moving forward — together with the millions of players who have entrusted their gaming experience to dubai138.
